As you are most likely aware, due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, all bowling centers in the state of Ohio have been order closed by Governor DeWine until further notice. In addition, the PWBA put out a statement a few days ago regarding the postponement of the upcoming PWBA tour:
“The start of the 2020 PWBA Tour season is postponed indefinitely due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19. On March 15, 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued recommendations to postpone events for the next eight weeks.
The PWBA will evaluate adjustments to the 2020 PWBA Tour schedule after CDC regulations evolve to allow for competition to resume.”
Thusly, the 2020 Nationwide Greater Cleveland Open, and all related events, including the Bowl With The Pros, and ball demos are currently POSTPONED. As we do not currently know when the tour will be rescheduled, we will be issuing refunds to all who have purchased passes online via eventbrite, and in-house as well.
When things return to some semblance of normal, and new dates are announced, info will be posted on our website www.yorktownlanes.com and on our Facebook page
Thank you for supporting the PWBA and Yorktown Lanes.
